As Ofsted’s chief calls for more discipline in schools, one head tells Sian Griffiths she is inspiring ‘problem’ pupils using facials and a dog.
Before letting reality TV cameras into her school, Claire Lillis thought long and hard. “I was really nervous about opening the doors to the cameras. Some boys are really pleased they were filmed. Some are worried. I remain worried,” she says, running a hand through her mop of unruly black hair.
