Hi, I was recently at training and we all brain stormed some ideas for in class activities. I thought I'd share them and then anyone else can add to it and we can create a long list to help when planning our groups. Worry dolls Drawing to music Tape canvas (splatter paint to reveal the taped lines, add your attributes in the spaces) Mask making Self portraits Peer portraits Feather face painting/ face painting Feather blowing Pizza massage Making play dough/ gloop/ goo baking activities (scones, biscuits, cupcakes, hedgehog bread rolls, samosas, fruit kebabs, savoury muffins, pizzas, pancakes) Follow the leader Silly Walks Fortune teller Make a sensory bottle stick hedgehogs from clay outdoor leaf printing awesome tree made from sticks (who helps me) colour chart leaf matching create name from natural materials outdoor painting (no brushes) pringle tube instruments Clay hand to make a dish |
